I have studied NLP, LIfe coaching, Cognative Behaviour Therapy but think that for most things a good old dash of common sense from a caring person is best.
I have overcome some seriously bad personal experiences and maintain an optimistic outlook and am only too happy to offer support guidance and friendship to others experiencing a hick up on life's journey.
I believe in the strength of the human spirit and know that even in the darkest hour the light will shine through again. My Dad always told me never to judge others as we never know what life has to unfold for us. Never feel alone when there are so many loving kind people here to help out with a little human kindness.
