 I would be very careful performing oral when she's on her period. Period blood isn't exactly the cleanest thing in the world.
For me this turns my stomach, and I have to kinda go along with a few others on here- is this a real post. But i'll take it that it is. Yes it is a very weird fetish but if its what gets you going and your girlfriend is ok with it then why shouldn't you do it.  If you are being honest, there are alot of people who do believe in vampirism in many different forms. Some think it to be spiritual others more literal to blood drinkers.
There are websites dedicated to such beliefs and their communities. I would tread those waters with caution. Alot of them boarder on the lines of cults.
