As for masterbating that is perfectally normal, i remember my first time was my 12th birthday and i have been doing it ever since. it is a natural and healthy thing to masterbait and only helps you discover yourself on a sexual level

 You shouldn't worry so much about your height. At the age of 13, I was about 5'9 or taller, and I positively towered over all the teenage guys. It took me until 17 to accept my height - by which time I was 6'3". Now I'm in a great relationship, and my boyfriend is 6'1". He loves the fact that I'm a little taller, and teases me about it all the time. Whenever anyone asks, he's the first to tell them: "yes, she's taller. Isn't it great?"
I felt worried too, when I was 13. But give yourself time, and don't stress about it. I know it's hard, but what you have to do is think about everything and anything else BUT these darn guys - and then one will just sneak up on you- one day you'll just SEE someone who fits your bill. He may not be your night in shining armor, but it'll still be some fun. :)

As for the masturbation, yes. Totally normal. As for your height? First off, you're young and most guys are intimidated by tall girls... give them just a few years and they'll probably outgrow you! If you stay taller than the boys, trust me... there are a lot of guy who absolutely adore tall girls. A guy who you want to be with shouldn't care how tall you are, though... you're beautiful at any height.
Some of the tallest girls are models! I'm 5'6'' and will forever be too short. Girls who are at 5'10'' and 5'11'' can go into modelling! It's a look that fashion loves! Don't you worry, doll.

 I'm not sure how tall you are, but be proud of it! Don't worry about the guys and their height, give them a few years and I am sure they will catch up to you. Young ladies advance/grow much faster then young men do...so don't panic. Before you know it, I am sure they'll be wanting to beat the door down to ask you out!! I am 5'9, so that should tell you I am quite tall myself...and it does have it's advantages!! Also, I have also dated a few men much shorter then me..and that's without heels on!! There is no rule on height for men/women that you can only date if your "this tall" with the other person. About the height: I hear you; I had the same problem. As did my sister, who's taller than I am. Luckily for you the guys will catch up. At your age they just haven't had their growth spurt yet. There will be guys who are sure enough of themselves to get to know you and like you; these are the ones to go out with. And in a few years, there will be guys who are taller. Don't worry about it yet.

My best friend (female) says she's pretty much been masturbating since she was born. lol. So it is perfectly normal for you to masturbate. As far as guys not liking tall girls is concerned, that is definitely not true for all guys. It's a matter of choice. Some do, some don't. You just haven't met someone yet who does, but that doesn't mean you never will. Your height makes you unique, cherish it!
