The best feature of a girl is her softness and curves. While i would not base only on someone's butt or breasts while dating someone, i would definitely look for tenderness or the girlyness in girl which is her uniqueness which is a soft skin,curves, not so toned and ripped muscles. Ps: six pack would be a huge turn off!

Look for a guy in the gym who is muscly as well, he prob wont care about the fact you have a small chest! People who are into their bodies and extreme fitness will look for similar in women.

 I think it is very sad that you are reducing yourself to a piece of meat and wondering if you are the right cut of meat for men out there.Why are you consumed with shallow things? You aren't going to attract a man who likes the real you because you are not authenticly you to begin with. They were totally different in every way, which suggests I go for personality/facial looks over breasts. But I reckon most men prefer curves to sticks.

But really, breasts do not make the difference. Her personality and how into me she is directly affects how much into HER I am. There has to be chemistry. I can look WAAAY past bodyfat and breast size if there is chemistry.

 Whilst I am not a guy, I only have male friends so tend to know a lot about their mindset! And I would say that muscle is generally a turn off for me, especially a 6-pack. Yes men want their girls to be toned, and if the guy is athletic then having an athletic girlfriend would be an adavantage.
But even the most sporty guys dont want their girlfriend to have a masculine, muscular body. Softness and curves are part of being a woman and most men like this. If the muscles and 6 pack are because the girl is a professional athlete that is different though - a man would respect that that sort of body shape comes with the job, and obviously if he was "picking" a girl then he would at least know what she does for a living.
As for skinny/average with boobs - if they are real boobs (fake doesnt count!) that does sound quite attractive, especially if the girl is naturally slim (not a girl that starves herself to look that way) then guys would find her attractive.
But keep in mind there are a lot of conditions to this - like fake boobs would not be particularly attractive to a man therefore may mean he would choose the other girl. Just as if the big boob girl doesnt eat much, that would be a turn off as men dont like girls to starve themselves, they would rather be with a normal girl who enjoys food and is not obsessed with her appearance.
And as a lot of others have said - face is very important! Most guys I know are quite obsessed by a girl's eyes, so if one girl has bigger, prettier eyes that could win it. And generally more symmetrical faces are more attractive. Plus make-up can make a difference - if one girl wears too much make up and is clearly caked in it then that will be a turn off. But if one girl is natural with subtle make-up, she will probably win over the other girl.

Shallow guys would go for a & b... for a "shag". I think that guys like women who are toned rather than muscular (like a female body builder)
Real men who want a reltionship go for women with a personality/chemistry and one who is NOT too much into her looks

If both girls have great personalities, and they both sound attractive based on your description, the deciding factor would be how we clicked together. Can we talk for hours and it feels like minutes? Is there a spark when we kiss? Who do I find myself wanting to spend more time with?
Believe it or not, not all guys base their dating decisions on looks alone. But, to answer your specific question... I'm more of an "ass man" myself. I'll take a rockin booty over big boobs any day. I like boobs, but I don't need anything more than a mouthful, so A's are fine by me.
