I had like, a B cup at most at your age. Don't worry though, they'll stay small until high school and then they'll fill in. I went from a B to a DDD in a years time. Just be patient for that growth spurt.

 You shouldn't really worry about the growth of your boobs. Focus on developing a nice personality and a big intelligence because that's what's worth. Although the size of your boobs DO give you a status, they don't necessarily mean beauty.
Now, to answer your question, the answer is "who knows". Some people start growing them at your age, some until they're 15-16. You have to be patient here and let nature do her magic on you, but to give her a hand, try to eat healthy and excersise regularly. This will help you develop nicely.
As for me, I was one of those late bloomers. I really never looked forward for my boobs to get big...but they did! Now I have a pretty decent borderline big size boobs, them being a 34C cup and I started developing them at 15 (along with my period). Also the funny thing is that they're STILL growing, and I'm just 19.
I hope Mother Nature does give you a good hand finish!

 Hey sweet,
I got little booblings starting in like, 9th grade... so I was 14... however, they were super small until I turned about 18-20, and then they REALLY got empowered. I went up a couple of cup sizes and couldn't be happier!

There is nothing you have to be worried about at this stage.

 don't worry about getting them, they'll come when your' body's ready. I'm fourteen and look much older for my age, yet i have no boobs what so ever. Even though i started my period when i was about 11, nothing seems to have happenned sinse then. Everyone's different and we all come at different stages, you'll get them one day. Sometimes it can be hard, especially when you get into older years and you see all the lasses flaunting their chest, my trick is a padded bra, it really does make alot of difference[well to me it does]. I'm naturally pretty skinny which is one of the reasons i'm later for development, which is how it might be for you. But tbh, it should be one of the last things on your' mind. Afterall theres worse things to worry about. (:

 I was about 14 if i remember rightly. Yes i would of been, beause i went to Florida then and had only just started my periods too when i went there.
My son is 13 and has little bumps and they have been tender. Have you had that? My daughter is 11 and although hasn't got anything there yet, hers are tender if she knocks them too. She is thin, so i am thinking she will be a late developer.
