 "Too wet"? I wasn't aware that's possible. It sounds to me like you're just a healthy woman that is turned on by her boyfriend. He doesn't seem to know what he's talking about.
Really though, other that having sex when you're less turned on (less foreplay may help), there's not much you can do besides telling him that he's too small (which he can change as easily as you can chnage your wetness.)
