 Yes, your girlfriend clearly has a double-standard going on there. But I think you realize that already and don't really need us to point it out.
What you need is to get to the bottom of WHY she has this double-standard. What's making her feel this way? As always, communication is going to be the key.
I would think there must be something in her past that's made her feel degraded while giving oral sex - probably an ex-boyfriend that made her feel that way, but possibly something more serious. Speak with her about it and try to find out WHY. If, for example, it is something an ex did, you can assure her that you would never act in the same fashion.
We're all products of our past. Our likes and dislikes come from experiences and often we CAN change our thought processes, if we're willing and have a caring, helpful partner. Be that partner, and perhaps she'll change her ways.
