I'm on here just because I want to help people by giving them a fair sounding board for their problems. I'm not here to judge and I think its really important that people feel heard and that their feelings have been validated before even beginning to give advice.
I currently have no training that makes me officially qualified to offer advice so feel free to take what I say with a pinch of salt. But I have been a professional shoulder to cry on for friends and family over the last 20 years so I do have some personal experience with dolling out advice and tissues.
