~Hello!

~I prefer to keep my name to myself, so call me adorkable. [=

~Um, I'm not sure if there is anything that qualifies me to help people, but I absolutely love it. Many of my friends come to me for advice, so I suppose I do it well. [=

~I live in New York, and love the atmosphere.

~what makes me tick huh? Well I suppose how the word "love" is thrown around like its nothing. Also I get really upset when women think of themselves anything short of amazing because of something that a male did. In case you're forgetting ladies, it was these so called males that has made life so unfair for us for so many years. Don't let them have any power over you, and stay true to yourself.

~hmm...Status? i'm happily taken by an amazing guy. It's safe to say, i'm in love for the first time. [=

~Also, with the advice, I try my best in making sure that I don't put down the question asker, because it really isn't my place to judge. of course, if I have a strong opinion: i'm voicing it. =D

oh, and i do smileys alot. haha

I want to be friends, but I'm unsure.

Q.   My boyfriend and I broke up yesterday. I am completely happy about it. I do want to maintain our friendship but He has said that if I keep calling him that we will never be friends. I don't know what to do. He broke up with me for a 14 yr old. He is ...

A.   9 November 2007: It sounds to me that he wasn't too great of a boyfriend to begin with. However, it is understandable that you want to remain friends. He was a part of your life, and it's hard to let go. Best I can say is to give him space, and contact him later on ... (read in full...)

Does someone who loves you, treat you this way?

Q.   Life doesn't seem fair right now. I can't get over my ex who I broke up with a month ago. He wasn't right for me because he was very emotionally abusive, controlling, manipulative, etc. For example, he would get mad if I didn't smoke or drink (when I ...

A.   9 November 2007: oh boy! This guy doesn't sound to worth it to me. Never date a guy that makes you feel inadequate and at fault. Clearly he didn't deserve you, and he still doesn't. Be proud of the fact you finally expressed your true feelings. Stand your ... (read in full...)

How do I lift my self esteem?

Q.   I am 23 years old and have never had a real relationship before. I have had a boyfriend in the past but it was nothing serious. There was no real passion, love or a deep emotional connection between the two of us. Thinking back, there was nothing ...

A.   9 November 2007: first off: you don't need a man to make you happy, or raise your self esteem. sure, flattery would do wonders, but wanting a guy for that purpose is wrong. It's understandable that you would envy your friend for having something you desire. ... (read in full...)

Why can't I get a relationship for more than three months.

Q.   why cant i stay in a relationship for more than 3 months, after that i always try pushing away, finding her flaws, and making fun of her? all in all i become an asshole...

A.   9 November 2007: It seems to me that you aren't putting serious effort into making a lasting relationship. As for the women you've dated, perhaps you ended it because you're afraid, or they weren't the right one for you. You can try to change, this you know. I also ... (read in full...)

I have begun feeling for him

Q.   I met this guy online webite for teens this summer. We had so much in common. We are huge sports fans and we write for school papers. We are super involved in school and we've been talking ever since. We email very often. He lives about 4 hrs away...

A.   9 November 2007: I for one think this is a potentially bad situation. Sure, you like him...or the idea of him. Truth be told, you can't know for certain WHO he is. Don't get your hopes up too high. Of course, if you insist on meeting him, go with a group of people, ... (read in full...)

I love him, but don't want to loose him.

Q.   It seems as though lately all my b/f and i do is fight, and im tired of it. he'll go almost all day without talking to me, and it seems like he flirts with almost every other girl, but he gets mad if i talk to his friend that i used to date for a ...

A.   9 November 2007: My advice to you, is talk to him. If he really loves you, he'll be willing to work through this problem. If he insists that there is no problem and lashes out at you for bringing it up, he's in denial. It sounds to me like he could become ... (read in full...)

What's going wrong.

Q.   I'm a laid-back guy. When I go to high school in the morning I sit with all girls in the cafeteria before 1st class. I'm nice and I try to help people, and I'm wondering why I'm always the "nice" guy. All my friends are pairing up. It's just ...

A.   8 November 2007: You're doing nothing wrong. It's perfectly normal to want a girlfriend once you see everyone else starting new relationships. Apparently, you're the nice guy. Don't worry. I can feed you the whole cliche of "nice guys finish last", but i'm sure ... (read in full...)

Future ruining Present

Q.   I'm really concerned. My boyfriend and I have been together for a while, and if I could properly define love, this would be it. We're really great together. It's just, lately something's been bothering me. He's concerned about the odds of us staying ...

A.   8 November 2007: I've read the article, and i can assure you that he is definitely not a loser. It's not that i'm having second thoughts, it's just i don't want him to think our relationship is more serious than it is. I love him, this I know...and his concerns have ... (read in full...)
