Just because he was quiet does not mean he did not enjoy it. If he didn't, I'm pretty sure he would not have asked you to do it a second time. Some guys might just react differently for different sex acts. I can be a little vocal during intercourse but usually am quiet when I receive oral.  "Regular sex" is something else. I can also be vocal, but not when receiving oral sex. That is because "regular sex" is more involving. He probably came a lot because it has been a while. Oral sex for me, if well done (slow and all that) is a totally different pleasure then sex. It is mental then sexual, and more about receiving respect and admiration then pleasure. (or so it should be in a perfect world).

 That is a sweet thing to do. I tend to be fairly quite because it is hard to make noise when the other person is unable to respond. Do you notice is body tense up and his hands in fists because that is a good sign. Some poeple just don't make alot of noise depending on the act.
As for the pill it could have been some medication or anything. I doubt it is bad, maybe it's just a little too personal but I don't think that it would affect the amount of noise he makes.
