This is a sick response, and she's breaking him in front of everyone. Next time he should push her out the door and lock it.

 My guess is that maybe her husband is one of those jealous guys who expects his wife to dress like an Amish person and it starts arguments between them, so she retaliates by getting her kit off at the window to piss him off. She sounds quite unhinged, but I wouldn't worry if I was you, some men pay a lot of money to watch women take their clothes off and wobble their bits in public.

 Hah, this reminds me of Jerry Springer show. No idea why somebody would do that. Perhaps because her lacking of right speaking arguments, she shows him her physical arguments just to win the fight. Maybe she thought that her power is in her body. :)
