 I think this must be a troll post, because the solution to this quandary is so evident that the OP should be totally clueless for not having figured it out.
But, in the off chance that our OP is too hormone -laden to be able to think straight :
OP, what does it mean " my bedroom door does not have a lock ". BUY one. Go to a hardware store, chose among the dozen of types that can be fitted on all different kinds of doors, and fit it ,or have a locksmith fit it, on your door.
Too much trouble ?.... Even simpler : lock yourself in the bathroom. At home you don't walk in on each other when you are taking a dump, right ?.. I am pretty sure that either you lock yourselves in, or anyway you have taken measures to make sure that you can empty your bowels in total
privacy. So : same location ( the bathroom ), different activity ( masturbation ).

That's really odd. Is there any possible way that she knows that you are masturbating? Are you making noises of some sort maybe your bed rocking if not you personally. That doesn't explain how she would know to walk in on you in the shower though.
What do you mean by the ideas not working? Did she walk in on you despite the chair or being up at 2 AM?
If you're going to be up at 2 you can try putting a towel or something in the crack under your door. Try to block the light from shining into the hallway or use a small lamp so that it isn't evident that you're up that late. If she's still able to know that you're up without it being possible luck of the draw I'd start checking your room for cameras or something really odd like that.

Your sister is way too old to be acting like that! Tell her you respect her privacy so she needs to respect yours. It works both ways. Even embarass her, by saying something like "why would you want to see me doing that anyway?! your the one thats doing something you shouldnt" she might cop on what she's doing at that stage.
What your doing is perfectly normal, but your sisters bahaviour is not.
If it continues tell your parrents she doesnt respect your privacy eg. walking in on you in the shower and that you want a lock for your door since you are both adults and privacy is vital. If they act passive you should consider moving out.
