For starters, you shouldn't have betrayed your wife...no matter how sexually frustrated you are...it's something you should have discussed with her.
This couple sound like swingers, especially as her husband wants a threesome...and he may tell your wife anyway...
I wouldn't go for it if I were you. Threesomes can be messy...just keep it as a fantasy...don't make it anymore complicated than it already is. Do you really love your wife? it doesn't seem that way to me as it's easy for you to have sex with someone else...wheres the trust? maybe you should both go and see a sex therapist to sort out your problem..

 To be completely honest, you're getting what you deserve. Such a serious mistake is naturally going to bring complications along with it. You should be more concerned with telling your wife the truth in the most gentle way possible, because she'll undoubtedly be crushed.

 Firstly, I have to say I feel sick, and not for the reason you do, but because of what you have done to your wife! And tbh, I'm not even completely sure if I even think this post is real...
Having said that, yeah your best bet is to tell your wife... Believe me when I say she won't be all too thrilled about your knews!
I can understand that it can be hard to go without sex for so long, but if you really loved your wife, you would have waited until she's ready for sex again. She'll have her reasons for not being in the mood for it atm.
Oh and one thing that has to be mentioned that no one else has said yet... STD's!!! Get tested as soon as possible... If your neighbours really are swingers, which yes, would make sense, who knows what they have caught along the way!!

They moved in next door 4 years ago. They always seem to have a lot of couples stopping over their house. Their backyard is very secluded and you can only see their pool from the woods behind our yard where I dump yard waste.I like the suggestion about getting a lawyer to send them a firm letter. I don't want to be plastered all over the internet. I could lose my job. I bet I could sue if I had to.I feel sick.  Your wife will find out regardless, if not now than later. These types of secrets always come out in the fullness of time. So I advise you to put that behind you right now.Personally, I’m more concerned with the fact that you seem more concerned about the possibility of seeing “hairy man junk” in this whole mess.I suggest you be honest with your wife and the mother of your children. Face the consequences of that action before you proceed any further. If she has been on a sexual-break for 8 months than I doubt she will be up for leaping into a foursome. But in either case, the result will be better than if you continue with this sordid affair.I hope this helps.PS: I don’t know about your area, but in mine it isn’t illegal to videotape somebody outdoors because there is no expectation of privacy. However, you might want to double check with a lawyer if you feel you might have a case.

And, depending on which state you live in, making videos of you having sex in a private place is probably an invasion of privacy.
I'd retain the services of an incredibly well-connected and respected attorney. Let your lawyer do the talking.
As far as what you did, it seems pretty clear that the cat's out of the bag.
If I were you I'd tell the wife at this point as she will probably find out about it from your neighbor, her husband or whoever else swings with them.
Worse yet, who knows where that video is on the internet.
This is one nightmare you've got.

Tell him firmly no. If he tries to blackmail you, remember that David Letterman came out with it all on air because he wouldn't be blackmailed, so you'll have to just tell your wife and deal with the consequences. Don't do this threesome, it will kill off your marriage. And don't be blackmailed.

You might try to get him to clarify his position. Does he actually intend to black mail you, or did you misunderstand his meaning?
If his intention is to blackmail you, your best bet is to confess to your wife before he gets to you. The blackmail is unlikely to end if you endure "hairy man junk" for one encounter. He may keep that footage hanging over you indefinitely.
