i believe that there is.
even though im young, the first time i was actually introduced to this guy, i felt a connection.. then things started,we linked, we aren't linking now, but we still love each other. its complicated .
but if you think theres a connection between you two, then go for it. see how it goes. life is full of risks, you will soon see how it turns out. just at the moment, try not to get too attached, incase it goes wrong.
good luck x

Yes there is. But remember, all love needs a lot of work! So work hard to make sure it lasts.

Heartbroken your cynicism is showing. It shows that you still have some healing to do.
To the Original Poster; Yes it happens. It did to me.

Yes, love at first sight is possible, if it is between two people that last together long enough to find out that in the end they are very compatible on all levels, not just physical attraction. Statistically speaking, that ought to be somewhat rare, but not THAT rare; if you're lucky, I'm sure it can happy to you or anyone else!

Well, I have always thought that if there was only one true love or soulmate for each person, that it would be a real bummer if they were born in Moscow and you were born in San Francisco! But knowing that you are truly compatible and falling in love can happen that quickly.
I told my best friend that I had met 'the man that I was going to marry' two weeks after we started dating, and it's our 32nd Wedding Anniversary TODAY!!!
