i dont know you but im proud of you. it takes a lot to do what you do, i did it as well it was a long time ago. my son had a tummy ach when he was little (he still is) but i asked my mom what i could do and she said a cup of camomeil tea w/ a little bit of sugar so it tastes good, not to hot tho, but it should soothe her tummy.

WOW! You got a good head on your shoulders! Wait until your dad gets home for the meds, and try to soothe her. Maybe a warm bath? Maybe your laying with her in the bed might work? Also, like OldGuy said, offer her a healthy snack. You're doing a great job and she is lucky to have a big sister like you to take care of her so well.

I think children medication one tea spoon. If not tell her to try and use the bathroom.

Did she eat a proper meal at supper time? Could she just be hungry? If so, let her have some bread with cheese, or some crackers. If she's old enough, you might make her a cup of tea with lots of milk and sugar. You're right not to give her any medication, at least until your dad gets home.
If nothing else, just snuggle into bed with her -- she might just be lonely and missing your parents.
You're doing a great job taking care of her.
