What do you mean by virgin?
A girl is considered a virgin if her hymen is still intact. She may not have sex and still lose her virginity because the hymen or thin membrane inside her vagina can be broken by rigorous exercise .
She may have sex but in some girls the membrane maybe tough and elastic and may not be easily broken if penetration is not deep enough to break it. In which case, she is still a virgin.
In some society , virgin referred to a young woman with no sexual experience.

nope a condom doesnt stop you losing your v plates, just decreases the chance of you gettin pregnant. i dont agree with the way your parents dealt with this either, it is a conversation for a girl to have with her mother, not be passed around by her parents. you are so young still so im hoping this is not a question that you are asking because you are thinking of having sex, wait a few more years, you will get there and appreciate it more as you will be more mature and more able to deal with the emotions that come with sex. however, if you are gonna do it jst use a condom!!

I am disurbed that your parents keep passing the buck back and forth, when you ask about sexual matters. It is little wonder than Britain has a very high teenage pregnancy rate because of ignorance and lack of sex education.Your parents should be ashamed of themselves, by not imforming you at the most important time of your life as you are reaching puberty. They are people who you look up to and should teach you about these important matters, not shove it under the carpet when it suits them. I think they should take responsibility and get you books to read about sex and contraception. Hope I have been of help, Dusky xxx.

Hello, No you are not a virgin if you have sex using a condom. If a mans penis enters inside you protected or not you are not a virgin.
Wearing a condom is very intelligent and will prevent STDs and nasty infections it also minimises the chance of becoming pregnant. So always make sure your sexual partner wears one.
Remember you never know where anyone has been!!! Sexually transmitted infections are travelling fast and it only takes the one time to contract one. SO ALWAYS USE A CONDOM!!!!

If you have sex if a mans penis enters your vagina protected or not you are no longer a virgin its as simple as that, and i think it was a little strange for your parents not to explain that if you asked.

even if you use a condom and have sex you arent a virgin no. Your protecting yourself from std's and possibly aids. You are clearly doing the right thing and your parents should be able to talk to there own son about this. But like i said to answer your question you would not be classified as a virgin condom or not.

A condom doesn't stop the man's penis going up you're vagina - it just catches the sperm/semen and other bodily fluids. You should be learning this in either year 6 or yr 7.You should talk to your mum more - it's not going to be easy from what I've seen here but just talk to her, about anything, go shopping, stuff etc..Good luck with the future.JellyPS. Are you in Year 7? So am I!!!!
