 I have second thought on this question: Do women cum?woman do not ejaculate the way male do. This one is fact, and not opinion. There is no such thing as ejaculation and switch off in female, as is in male.Women is quite able to enjoy sex through foreplay for long to longest time possible. This one is nature. And, this nature is required to be idealize in love making. Ejaculation is not the thing, women want, because it is not orgasm or high point of pleasure but it is simply switch off point. Kind of a mixed bag of responses. As "old-spinstah" noted, it depends on what you mean by "cum." Some girls actually do squirt a significant amount of a clear, semen-like substance, but most do not. Nevertheless, I know that many women, if not most, release at least some of the same fluid during orgasm. It is usually not very much, and it tends to get all mixed up with all the other wetness going on, which includes her natural lubricants, his cum and pre-cum, and his saliva if the activity has involved oral stimulation. So it usually goes fairly unnoticed.

It depends whether you consider "cum" as an orgasm or as "ejaculation".
Girls certainly have orgasms - usually as a result of clitoral stimulation or sometimes from stimulation of the G-spot. An orgasm is difficult to describe but it's like an explosion of pleasurable feelings accompanied with physiological responses such as increased heart and breathing rate and involuntary muscular movements or spasms.
