Ignore these mental yanks reeling off diseases, you drank too much, spewed, no more food left to spew but the contractions keep happening so bile and bits of stomach lining come up. You'll be fine just don't get that pissed again =)

Maybe most of you are of a different generation or are just fairly conservative, but it'd be best not to GIVE YOURSELF ULCERS panicking about how much cancer or how badly this girls' OD is going to be. figuring out drinking limits is a part of growing up for A LOT of teenagers these days, like it or not. I personally think it's a good thing that you actually are concerned that you're vommitting bile...it'd be worse if you were so distanced from your activities that you didn't care what happened or what you threw up. Maybe take it slower when you're out, or try not to make this a regular occurence , but you can still have fun, and you'll be okay.

If you drink often you are wearing away the lining of you esophgus and the stomach. It can wear holes in either and cause very serious conditions. The condition called Gastro Esophogial Reflux Desease (GERDS).When a person who drinks is spitting up a nasty liquid it is the stomach acid which is produced in the stomach along with the alcohol. If you have been drinking on an empty stomach this acid will attack the stomach lining and break down the lining(errode). It can lead to ULCERS and other gastrointestional diseases including CANCER of the stomach and intestines.
If you must drink eat no less than 1 hour before you have onset so the stomach will not be empty. Limit your alochol intake. Fatty foods and green leafy vegetables will also cause the condition to worsen. Chocolate, coffee unless decaf, caffinated soda, tea, and some dairy products can worsen the condition also. Tight clothing can also constrict your stomach and cause problems with this. If you continue to have this problem you should consult a Doctor because if left untreated it can be severe and become dangerous.
Take care also that you do not drink so much that you develope alcohol poisioning. I once had a b/f who drank himself nearly to death. He got alcohol poisioning and had a severe heart attack at the age of 26. If you are going to drink please be responsible and safe.
May God watch over you and keep you safe.

It's not the lining of your stomach that you are throwing up. The liquid is called bile, it's produced by your stomach (and liver, I believe) to break down your food before it continues down your digestive tract. If there's no food in you stomach, all you throw up is bile. You should always eat and have a glass of milk before going out for a drink. Every other drink should be a glass of juice, water or pop. It takes twenty minutes for the alcohol to enter your blood stream and for you to feel it's effects, so you should only have one glass of alcohol an hour, less if you weigh 100 lbs or less. Women tend to feel the effects more than men, and you should have your wits about. Some men (who don't deserve to be called men) take advantage of women when they are drunk because they think they are "asking for it". Don't leave a drink unattended, uncovered and out of your vision, and don't accept drinks from strangers. You can actually die from alcohol poisoning, so watch how much you do drink. Watch how much you friends drink too. If anyone ever passes out and is unresponsive, CALL FOR PARAMEDICS.

If you're sick enough times you do start throwing up acid. Think about it. Your stomach is full of food or alcohol. The first few times you're sick thats what comes out but then your stomach is empty and when your stomach aches that's the acid with nothing to digest except the lining of your stomach but this happens when you're ill, not just when you're drunk sick so although it's not something to worry about in itself, it is worrying that you drank so much that you were sick. I don't want to sound like your mother but drinking so much that you're that ill is really not a good thing.
