 It depends.When i'm get tired of short hair i hope i can let it become longer and when i feel long hair makes me feel trouiblesome i can cut it off anytime. Whatever you like.

Long hair which is just tied up all the time is boring, and long hair which isn't super sleek, thick and shiny looks awful and can detract from your appearance.

 Hair should be long - between the bottom of one's scapula (shoulder blade)and the small of the back is the best. If she ever wants the benefits of shorter hair, like showing off her neck and shoulders, she can put it up.
Bonus: men are programmed by evolution to be attracted to long hair, *if* the girl who has it is healthy. Long, shiny hair is a sign that the girl has no long-term health problems, and would make a good mate. Standrad disclaimers about societal conditioning and personal preferences apply.

I know you will get people who say that a woman can look feminine with a short haircut, but that is very RARELY the case. And even the women who are just so pretty they can pull it off, well they look better in long hair too!

 That is a wide open question. Every woman is different. Some can look good with short hair, while some most definitely do not. All and on, extremely short hair is usually very difficult to pull off so if you have any doubts.... keep it longer. You can't really go wrong with long.

 Well, I like it long enough that there is something for me to run my fingers through, or maybe tug on a little. It all depends on the girl. Some women can pull off really short hair. Others definitely can't. If you like your hair long, then keep it long.
