I don't believe you are. Some people consider oral and anal sex not losing your virginity but the penis actually does enter the body during these sexual activities. I consider dry "sex" not even sex. You are on the brink of being a teenager and you think its hard holding on to your v-card now? Lol wait until high school! I have participated in sexual activities of the same nature but I'm still a virgin. Hey a kid needs a way to relieve stress right ? If you have never had a penis inside your body you are still a virgin no matter what science says ! :) Be happy your 13. I would say stop participating in these actions if you want to stay a virgin though. I did and it is WAY easier to abstain.

 Well, I think you and your boy friend are very active at 13! You are deffinitely still a virgin, and you cannot get any STI's by this or pregnancy! It's cool that you do this, but don't get caught by your parents, they could SERIROUSLY misread these signs, and think that you are sexually active (not virgin) and that could damage your relationship with them and/or your boyfriend.

You cant lose your lose your virginity unless the penis actually entered your vagina.
Though the chances of you being a virgin for marriage is unlikely. It is good you want to keep your virgnity, but it doesn't mean your going to live that through. Since you are already sexually active and further than most girls i know of your age. Its unlikely you'll be a virgin for much longer.

Second, I am not sure of all of your reasons for making the virginity pledge, but I think virginity involves more than just physical aspects. Following a legalistic definition of virginity does not protect the deeper meaning of virginity. Some people believe that virginity matters because you are keeping your body sacred, preserving your sacred body for your husband, or keeping yourself chaste in order to become closer to God. I think you might want to keep your greater reasons for maintaining your virginity in mind, and decide for yourself whether or not your actions are true to the spirit of your pledge.
Third, no matter your reasons, congratulations on your bravery in making this difficult decision!

Yet i don't see you staying a virgin until marriage if you are already having dry sex at 13. I have no problem with you doing it at that age at all, nothing problematic like pregnancy can come out of it.

Don't worry you still have your v-card. And you're right dry humping basically is like masturbating because the male's shaft of his penis is getting moved up and down as if he were being jacked off and your clitoris is being stimulated from all the grinding which can cause both of you to orgasm if done correctly. But I have to add that if you are serious about keeping your virginity and obviously you have some worries or regrets about what you did then maybe you should consider slowing it down a bit. You have the rest of your life to get sexual with guys.
