 You definatly cant change the size of his penis hun. if it were possible believe me all men would be doing it by now! Ronnie makes good points. Have you ever had sex with him? Do you mean he's small even when erect? If you really love him, you shouldn't try to change him (physically, mentally, socially, etc). When you love someone, you accept them fully, faults and all. That includes respecting and admiring that person's body. I'm not accusing you of being shallow, but I don't think you should really make much of a deal out of this. How would you feel if your boyfriend wasn't too fond of your breast size and wanted you to get implants? Besides, what you're asking for isn't possible. You can't make a penis bigger. It is the way it is.

 Have you had sex yet? If not, when you do, you'll see that it'll grow bigger when he gets an erection.Other than that, he's got what he's got and you'll have to make do with it. Unlike breasts, there's no surgical procedure to enlarge it.
