you are in the USAhe can go to jailI know a guy who did TWO YEARS for statutory RAPE (that's what sex with a minor is.... even if she consents)yeppers your folks or the state can probably send him to jail if you guys are sexual. check your state laws if the age of consent is 14 then maybe not.... but usually the age of consent for a minor and an adult is 16/17 or even 18check this page out for specifics for each state: http://www.avert.org/age-of-consent.htm

it is illeagal if any form of sex takes place, even something simple like you sending him a naughty pic of yourself is illeagal as you are a minor and he is an adult. Ask yourself one question...what on earth is a 20 year old man wanting with a 15 year old girl? I'm 25 and i don't know many guys my age who would want to date a teenager, so i'm sorry but i don't think it's normal. There's a huge difference between the maturity of a 15 year old school kid to a 20 year old adult. Just think about it. I know you may think you are all loved up at the moment, but there are plenty of nice young lads your own age out there.

But take care to not let it go much further than that, however much you might wish to.Flynn 24

Yes it is illegal you are a minor an he is an adult. Look i was 15 an i know how it feels to be in love but to be honest a man thats 20 is not in love with a 15 year old girl he just wants one thing.. You may not think so but your innocent(i think) an pure an some men like that. At 15 you may think u know what love is but u have plenty of time to realize what true love is.. Does your parents know?? If not becareful cuz they can put him in jail

No, it is not illegal. He can if the relationship is sexual but there is no law against him spending time with you. There is an age of consent that you should look into.

Yes he could go to jail. It's technically illegal until you're 18 or 16 with parents consent. What's a 20 year old doing with a 15 year old? But I get it, age doesnt matter to you, especially at your age. So I'm not giving you any sermons, I'm just saying, if you care about him then you need to be careful because people will speak up especially your parents, about your age difference.

Yes. Yes. Yes. He can go to jail. I understand that you feel like you are in love with him- but if he really loves you he can and should wait till you are 18. I was 17 and liked a guy who was 21. He waited for me to turn 18 b/c he cared about me. I know that your wait may be longer- but if he is not willing to wait for you- then he is not worth your time anyway.

Yes. You are under-aged and if he did anything with you he would go to jail, in fact, if he did anything with you, he SHOULD go to jail.If you are really in love, wait at least four years. When you turn 18, you'll be free to love him but for now, stay away from him. I know you might think it doesn't make any sense but those laws are in place for good reason and you would be wise to follow them.I hope that helps.
