You shouldn't worry too much, but there is a possibility she could get pregnant. Sperm are swimmers and if they reach the entrance to the vagina, they head right in.
Check into the morning after pill for her right away.

 She can totally get pregnant this way. No, it's not as likely, but it can most definitely happen. So get a morning after pill and talk to a doctor about some birth control so that accidents like this won't be a problem. Good luck!!

 If you didn't ejaculate inside of her then I very much doubt it. But for future reference, and to save you the worry again, please consider using birth controll? Condoms are always best as they prevent STD's. Talk to her about perhaps going on the pill, injection or implant as a long term solution if you are both sure that you aren't carrying any sexually transmitted infections :)
