2. OP: what is a young 20 something like you doing with this old geezer?
3. Does he sleep with his mother while you are at his home or did you just uncover this?
4. Norman Bates: you gals! What next? I love it!
5. Perhaps he has nightmares and his mother tries to comfort him? Perhaps the big mean boogey men are hiding in the closet and this big 50 year odd oaf is afraid of the dark.
Endless possibilities

Question: why are you with someone who could be your father age wise but behaves like a 6 year-old child?

just the thought of his Mom allowing such innappropriate behaviour which may have gone on for years means that this guy has possible (un-resolved) issues that may have scarred him.
Do not allow yourself to be drawn into this web.
Look up 'michelle elliott + abuse' on the internet and then have a long think about whether you need to stay if this has been going on for some time.
At the very least his Mom may see you as an emotional threat to her emotional hold over her son.
You deserve a relationship with less potential for distressing complications that you could encounter in the future, with this relationship.
And I agree with previous posters. Something is (potentially) not right with this situation.
Please take care.

Well, I find it odd that he sleeps with his Mom. But it could be totally harmless.
I would just ask him.
