Geez god. The pull out method SUCKS for birth control.
No, this is a porn thing. In porn it is done to show the sex is real. In the beginning camera's were HUGE and couldn't be moved around as much to show that penetration and lots of movies faked the sex. To avoid this you get the penetration shots (LOOK audience, we have real sex) and outside ejaculation to show that THIS IS REAL!
This has given some guys the idea that this is the way to finish sex.
They forget that for women sex is also about closeness and pulling out at the climax is kinda rude.
Another reason might be if he jerks of at the end, the vaginal stimulation is sometimes not enough and he needs to finish with his hand.
But for birth control? Only if he is an idiot.
Oh and use a condom anyway, since you got multiple guys there is a real risk and sperm on your skin can still transmit a lot of STD's.

 Actually, there is a special pleasure about ejaculating on the belly/breasts, etc.
First, you can actually see and feel the cum shooting out. Inside her you can feel the contractions, but when it's so hot and wet inside there, you don't get as strong and immediate a feeling of liquid shooting out.

We all know this is no good, because some semen does get into the girl anyways. We all know that the pill can fail. But, if they have sex, I suppose they know they can get her pregnant? Maybe I don't get this because I wouldn't trust that "interruptus" would help against any pregnancy. Perhaps these guys do believe it helps. Ha, ha. I would stick to good ol' rubbers.

 Despite the fact your on the pill accidents happen! and a guy who your not serious with isnt going to take a chance on getting you pregnant PERIOD. Therefore the quickest space where they can ejaculate is your stomach. You also need to remember that the pill doesnt protect against STD's. So though your minimizing the risk of pregnancy your increasing your chances of STD's.

Let me talk a minute about 'safe' sex. There's 'safe' as in you're on the pill and can't get pregnant 'safe.'
Then there's 'safe sex' which means that you're not going to be exposed to any sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) because you are aware of the risks of genital to genital contact and the potential risks of the bacteria, viruses and other infections that can be passed from one sexually active person to another.
So just stop and have a think about things like HPV (Human Papilloma virus), HIV, chlamydia, Herpes (another virus) and the many things that could harm your future health, fertility and well-being. Sorry to be the ugly aunt who brings up the cold hard reality of multiple sex partners (you did say 'boys' as opposed to 'boy') but I feel it's important that you have a peek at this link. We guys do this just in case there is a slightest risk of you getting pregnant.
the only thing that concerns me is that you seem to be referring to more than one guy ejaculating inside you. You should be very careful you may pick up an STD , I would advise you insist on them wearing condoms even if you are on the pill.

"Normal" is a word that I frown on defining. Is it "normal" to eat pork? For a hell of a lot of people, it isn't. "Usual" seems a better word here.
I suppose that many younger guys do ejaculate on their girl's bellies. It's not necessary, but then again, I would have trouble defining what is "necessary" in sexual intercourse and what isn't. For many men, it would be "necessary" to ejaculate inside of the girl, as that's the top of pleasure.
I'm sure your guys have watched a lot of porn, liked that ejaculation outside of the vagina, and they repeat it. If you don't like it, tell him so.
