Hey x
I don't think this is anything to worry about...probably a minor reaction to the birth control you are using.
Wear supportive bras for the time being, and let yourself relax.
If the symptoms persist, then I would go to your doctor and ask for a different birth control. You could always be checked out while you are there for some professional advice.
And as x.Helpful.Cupid.x said, soothings creams can be very good too.
Good luck!

The pill works because it contains hormones, those hormones either stop the egg settling on the uterus walls, stops the uterus getting ready for the egg or stops the eggs being produced (dependant on which method you use).
Now those hormones you are introducing in to your body are putting your body in to a non productive state but just because you dont have a period doesnt mean you wont experience some of the symptoms of it such as the sensitive nipples, a little pmt or tender tummy.
If it hurts so much go to your doctor and tell him that the pills arent right for you nd he will change them.
There are a lot of pills on the market and not all of them are suitable for every one.

Hiya.
Im sure this is nothing to worry about, but i guess the changes are because your body is reacting to the birth control. I wouldnt worry at all and just make sure you avoid too much contact with your nipples and boob area while they are sore and wear supportive and maybe padded bras. You may want to see a doctor if the pain dosent go away or maybe buy some soothing cream.
I hope you feel better soon.
