does that even matter? if your being judged on the size of your penis your spending time with the wrong people. if the size of your penis really makes you feel insure you should look at the variety of creams pills and machines that can help enlarge you naturally, failing that, look into surgery but be carefull. and is that really going to make you feel better?

 Would just like to add... I watched a documentary the other day on porn... and the making of some of the films... It seems in the main they go for men with slighter larger cocks so they can get the camera angles... Yes. The friend of mine who has seen around this many said that bigger is not better. As long as it is within a reasonable range then it's all about the owner. Too big and you don't want to go near it, too small and it doesn't really work. But too big has to be really pretty big, and too small has to be really small.

Well there's lots of research done on this.
Most of the surveys are done by men measuring themselves. The average comes out around 6 inches.
However, the more reliable ones are done by researchers doing the measuring. Funnily enough, the average comes out at around 5 1/2 inches :)
You can explain that one of two ways:
- Men get more turned on when measuring themselves (unlikely...) or
- Men like to pretend their penises are longer than they actually are
I know which of those two I believe.
The most reliable stats I have seen also claimed that less that 1% of men have a penis longer than 8 inches. So the large number of teenage boys claiming to have 9 inch cocks are probably, I know its hard to believe, but just possibly, being economical with the truth.
The most reliable statistics I have heard have come from someone (a girl) who has seen a very large number of penises. Her hands-on research supported the 5 1/2 inch average.
