Don't read anything into it. I never mean anything by it really, it's just habit.

He wants to be close to you, whether that's in a sexual way or just friendly affection, that depends on his other actions.
If you're interested in him then, show some love of your own and see where it goes.

 Usually if a guy touches you, it means he really likes you and wants to be close to you. Guys are pretty straightforward with their actions. The fact he is also fixing things for you means you have a serious admirer!

Well he obviously is into you he wants to show you in a subtle way but be careful too not all guys are what they seem sometimes when they realize you are interested they toy with you. Just watch his body language and determine what he thinks of you. It usually is a positive sign though good luck! :)
