A girl who's laid back and doesn't let life faze her too much.

For me, I look for a woman who is educated, dresses and acts classy, professional, stable, takes care of herself physically (at least to some extent), has a pretty good idea of what she wants out of life, and is at least somewhat attractive. It also helps if they are up on current events, politics, etc.
Turn offs are women who have chaotic lives, no real career goals, are overly talkative, shallow, ditsy, dress and act provocatively, have slept with lots of men, have children with different fathers, smoke, little self discipline, expect a man to rescue them from their emotional and financial chaos, are overweight, pushy, etc.
I'm a partner at a law firm, so I probably look for different things than others. (I'm in my mid 40s)

All the basic things I like, but most of all communication and a willingness to talk things out and not bury problems. The connection is definitely the most important thing for me. Sexual compatability is also important. Similar goals and desires. Comfort.

Lots of things. There's no set list. But, if you're caring, confident, independent and loyal, then that will be a great start and guys will notice you for that. But there is no set list that guys adhere too. We mostly look for a connection, then build upon it.
