In some women a discharge is normal. Usually if it is clear and has little or no odor, it is your normal secretions doing what they need to do. However, should the discharge become discolored, usually green or yellow or gets a fishy kind of smell to it, it then becomes an area of concern and you should see a doctor as soon as possible. Do not go overboard and begin overly cleaning yourself in an endeavor to get rid of it. This could cause further problems and cause you more trouble. The secretions are perfectly ph balanced to your body and are nothing to be concerned about.
Just keep up normal hygene and you should be fine. Doc

It is normal for healthy women to have a clear discharge. It tends to be more after sex. If you have an infection it will smell. As you have not it is just the body cleaning itself and keeping your vagina moist.
Don't worry about it. wear panty liners during the day if it bothers you.
