She has never had sex before so i am wondering what this is.....please tell me any information that you might have

I wouldn't stress about having sex with her because sometimes those bumps could be heat sores or blisters or maybe even in-grown hairs. If they keep appearing then I'd advise you to have her go to a doctor, but as for it being an STD I honestly don't know. If you have sex with her use a condom and there should be no worries. Good luck!

Love this girl. Forget the bumps. Learn how to love her with all of her faults.
That's what love is all about...

I just thought of another comparison. If you have goosebumps on your arms, or you have seen raw chicken skin, those little "bumps" under the skin are also like the bumps around the areola (nipple) or labia (vaginal lips). Frankly Honey, you and your girlfriend are a bit on the young side to be considering sex. Perhaps she is telling you this to slow you down a bit? Don't be in such a hurry! If you aren't old enough to consider having a child, then you should slow down a bit.

If she has little "pimple" like little bumps around her "outer" lips and vagina, much like the pimples around her nipples, then it is a normal feature of the vaginal area.
If they are open, look like a pimple about to burst, or have discharge, or if they are painful, swollen or itchy, then see a Doctor.

If she shaves, it could be razor bumps...
But what are you doing checking out her vagina anyways?! You're a child; not a doctor - which is the only person who should be checking that out!

She's far too young to be having sex anyway. Is there no law in your country? Its illegal over here - and for good reason too. Stop and think about what you're doing. Theres plenty of time.

Sounds like they might be hair follicles? Has she shaved "down there"? For a diagnosis she should see her doctor, not try and consult strangers and idiots over the Internet.
