 My advice is quite unusual and unique.
Choose from these three stage....
1.Sensual stage...it is start with sense of touch where you both feel smoothness and softness and warmness of each others body. It is pleasing and you carry it as long as you both wish.
2. Perceptual stage... Here you both recognize the most sensitive part of the body, say lips, breast, chest, sex organs and its surrounding areas...Here also you both can lead your pleasure as long as you both desire...you both feel in total control.
3. Best to make her come first, then yourself because it's far easier for a man to come than a woman. So spend a lot of time on your girlfriend and please her, then just finish off and you should be fine.

 Hopefully you will come too, normally the girl comes first as it's easy for a girl to come and carry on, where as a man normally loses his erection and his penis becomes over sensetive & u can't carry on?
