If men want a hand job they can usually do it best for themselves. But you could always ask you boyfriend to show how he does it and take notes.  As an uncircumcised man I can tell you what I like in a hand job. First I like the foreskin played with and not ignored... I like it just touched and or lightly pulled until erection.
