 It sounds a little risky to me. At least if you're going to pay for sex do it with a reputable escort agency, not some random cam girl who happens to be flying to your city.
Of course the best thing you could do is meet someone the proper way - be it for a casual, one-night endeavor or a long-term relationship - rather than resort to prostitution.
Is the issue that you're too introverted to socialize with regular women? I'm not judging you at all, but I'm genuinely curious as to how we may be able to help you get out there enough to get laid in a safer setting.
