She didn't want you to have it, which should be a sign that she isn't interested. Calling her would just freak her out.

No, don't call her , if she has refused to give you her phone number - well, she must not want you to call her. To be honest, I would not count that much even on " being friends "- I think she's just letting you down easy , because what kind of a friend is one that denies you phone access to her ??

Do not call her, she didn't give you her number, so she will most likely not appreciate getting a call from you, and it may scare her off. Just be a friend and relax, take it slowly and see if it leads anywhere once you get to know her better.

I would take this slowly, don't scare her off, be a friend, don't overwhelm her.She probably knows you like her. In time she may offer her number,thats when SHE is ready for you to ring her.
I am sure you think alot of her, but doubt it's love just yet, more a huge crush.
