Move on and find someone else, shes made it very clear that nothing will happen between you, so don't waste your time wanting to be with her when you could be out finding another girl whos great for you :)

You retain your dignity, self respect and reputation by accepting she has made her choice and backing away.

leave her be... you cant go after someone who has already told you where you stand with them... if things dont work out for her with her boyfriend dont jump straight in... for now you have to remain friends despite your feelings towards her and her feelings towards you. she has said the right thing in saying no. just be a friend to her. she will appreciate you more if you respect her decision. good luck xx
