Been in that situation with the current woman i am dating. we have both went through these types of phases. They can pass after days, months or a year. Best thing to do, if the relationship is important to you, respect her wishes and just live for the moment. Prove to her that you can respect that, at some point she will be ready and maybe you will be the man. It all depends on how long you want to wait.
