 Firstly, highly unlikely to get pregnant from blow jobs.
BUT you may contract some nasty infection or disease. That could develop in your mouth or throat.
Secondly, as your age range states that you are 13-15 and in the UK, ANY kind of sexual act, BLOWJOBS, HANDJOBS, ORAL SEX of any kind, vaginal or anal penetration, whatever, are all illegal at your age.
The legal age of consent in the UK is 16. If you do ANYTHING before this age you are breaking the law.

They will treat you like a cheap tart. Men do not respect girls who have sex easily. They dont want girls who sleep about. They will use you for what you offer, then dump you.  The only certain way to get pregnant is from intercourse, or any other activity where live sperm come into contact with your vagina (assuming you are not using hormonal contraception). The fact that you are asking this question suggests that you are just not ready for a sexual relationship. That is not a criticism, it is just an observation based on your age and level of understanding of sexual matters. I suggest you get a book from the library or read some of the better quality teen sexual health websites for more information. If you gather an understanding of how your body works, it is the first step towards taking control over what you do with it.

 Unless you immediately spit it out (or allow him to finish outside of your mouth) and some of it lands on your crotch... and even then it's nearly impossible unless some gets INSIDE your vagina. If you give a blowjob and spit in a tissue or swallow when he's done, you cannot get pregnant.
