dorothy2342 agony auntI am gussing you are uncircumsized. I think it is a cleanliness issue. Whenever you shower or bathe make sure you pull the foreskin back and wash thoroughly with soap and water. Make sure you are cleaning yourself well after intercourse. If it doesn't go away see a doctor. Good luck.

uncutdan agony auntHey Buddy,

Yeah not to put down my american friend, who was kind enough to do some research for you. But Folliculitis would mean that there are hair follicles that are irritated. There are no hair follicles under a foreskin or on the head of the penis. This is not folliculitis!!!! If this were on the shaft i'd agree that might be it. You better go get it checked by your doctor quickly.

Seriously dude, go to the doctor. Red dots could be damn near anything and google ain't gonna help with that. Its probably nothing to be worried about, but its certainly worth getting checked out. Doctors see peoples rude parts every day, so don't be embarrassed aye.

BettyBoup agony auntDon't panic!

This could be something simple, not nessasarily an STD.

It could also be Psoriasis which are red blotches or bumps in the skin, (usually the head of the penis as you said) that can be itchy and painful. My boyfriend gets it after too much sex or masturbation sometimes. This could be because you are having regular sex. It'll go down on its own but you can get cream for it.

I'd definately advise you go to your doctor though, as it could be more serious. You want to be sure what exactly it is before you treat it, and if it is something more serious you want to get it seen to as soon as possible.

Hope this helps :)

smitheroon agony auntFirst of all, it's always good to see a doctor.

However, I googled it and the following site has a doctor answering and saying it sounds like folliculitis and you should just leave it alone. Make sure you're cleaning yourself well before and after sex because that means you have blocked pores. Think of your penis like your face, if you didn't wash it you'd get zits and this is like an outbreak on your penis. Don't stress out. Here's the link:
