Mid 30's women are great! I remember mid 20's women well and haven't missed a thing about them.
One thing you might want to do is make sure you are up to the task on mental and emotional maturity though. They have been to the circus and seen the merry go round. Some may simply want a boy toy and that's OK too if you go for that kinda thing.

These women are not "old". They are older than you, that's right, but I don't see why you should have a problem.

Sure it's okay as long as they're not married! Especially if it's just dating. If you are ultimately looking for a relationship you might want to consider the fact that an older women may not have many child-bearing years left if having a family is important to either one of you but as far as I can tell you're just talking about dating.... so go for it.
