Personally I would go to a doctor and ask for a referral to a dermatologist. If it is bad then he will probably give you a prescription for Minocyn which has very good results. You could always try the urine for a couple of weeks there would be no harm in it and often old wives tales have something in them.

It is cheap and you don't know if it works on you or not. If it does not ,then you need to visit your GP .
Urine is mostly water and relatively sterile.

I've heard of it but have never tried it. Try tee-tree, or even better, go to your doctor, they take these things seriously and will help you more than old wives tales will.
In some people, usually older, acne can be a sign of something going wrong with the body. The doctor can tell you the best stuff to use.

My step-mother told me it worked for her. I tried it and thought it helped. But I *never* told anyone that I did it!

I would doubt it as urine is dirty. I've heard toothpaste works well on pimples - once it dries, wipe it off. Sort of works like calamine lotion if you don't have that.

Just using common sense - urine is a waste product that has bateria in it. Why would you want to put it on infected skin?

Call a doctor, research it yourself, don't try it until you know for sure. If that was all that's needed, acne medication companies wouldn't have so many people buying their products. At your age, by ex told her best friend, if you stand on your head after having sex, you won't get pregnant. I almost fell over, when her friend called and said she had done it. Kids can be mean, and make up things, and if its not true, you do it, tell your friend you had, the rest of your teen years you'll be known for falling for it.
