I just got mine free from my local GP when I was 16, didn't tell my parents - it doesnt say where you're from, but if you're from britain and really don't feel you can talk to your parents about them, just book an appointment and go yourself :)

Go to your nearest sexual help clinic, you don't need permission from your parents especially seen as your 16 anyways and it keeps confidential, go online to find your nearest one. Ask a friend you trust or boyfriend if this is they case you want to go on for and you're fine, you don't need to take someone it's just more helpful for you if you do.Katy x

You obviously have internet access, so you should use it to find out if you can get birth control on your own. Are you sure you're ready for sex?

Tell them you have really, REALLY bad cramps, and need to be on BC to lessen the severity. That's what a lot of girls I knew in high school did, at least. :)
