My last posting was about a week ago about my mom objecting to the way my husband and I treat each other.We have three kids (biological), 8, 5, and 2, and have the adoption of an 18-month old in process.Our sex life is not as impromtu as it used to be as we have to plan around the kids and their activities. Nights, early mornings, and a usually intense, all nighter on Fridays are the general rule.My husband tends to like some things a little more structured, though. For example, he loves his BJ's. But when I perform oral, he likes me to get naked except for some knee pads I wear, as I will spend some time on this and he does not want me to get carpet burn on my knees. We had a freestanding mirror in our bedroom, which I donated to charity. What a mistake! I didn't realize how important that mirror was. We had to go to Lowe's the next day and replace it as my husband likes to be able to see my butt in that mirror while I am working it and likes to reach down and squeeze my butt while I blow.I have no problem perse with any of this as I love doing this for him. But how common is it for a guy to like just the perfect set up like this?

I find that is an issue needing to be dealt with.He shouldn't NEED a mirror. He shouldn't NEED you to be naked and wearing knee-pads. Normal is a pretty broad term...and in my opinion your hubby is well within the range of what's considered "normal." if you enjoy it and it makes him happy, then I see absolutely no problem. Enjoy!

Well, everyone has a fetish and for your husband it sure appears his fetish is BJ's. I don't think anything you described is problematic in any way. He's being considerate of your comfort with the knee pads and using a mirror to get the view he desires rather than asking you to contort yourself, so that's fine. It would be quite another story if he said he wanted his Mother in the room.... or needed to have a donkey observe.... this (the mirror) is the harmless use of an accessory.....
