Mmmmm, I always say, if you aren't comfortable about doing something sexually, then don't do it and mostly certainly don't be forced in to it.
How long have you known your girlfriend? How do you know she wouldn't have you arrested for domestic violence?
She obviously wants to play the submissive girlfriend role... well there are plenty of other ways you can achieve this without bruises. ie... tying her up, blind folding her, biting or slapping her ass... which in my eyes is just classed as acceptable normal play in the bedroom if that floats your boat of course!

I'm not saying your girlfriend's sort of sexual fantasy makes her unhinged, but you never know, a girl who likes to take pain may have no qualms with inflicting pain on others, including you. If she decides to take revenge on you with the law she'll have the bruises to prove her case. As a guy you have to be very careful these days...

It's true different people are into more kinky, erotic, and sometimes harmful things acts during sex.
Personally, I would advise against it. If things go south between you two, she could always come back and lie saying you abused her, get you thrown in jail. Plus, she would have the bruises to prove it.
I would just tell her "no", it's not something you're comfortable doing. If she cares for you, she will respect your decision.
