Porn stars are usually people who have been 'lucky' enough to have big penises, different vaginas etc. However a lot of these people have had plastic surgery on their private parts - the woman you saw in this film probably had what is called a 'designer vagina'.
Its absolutely nothing to worry about, very few women have the opportunity to have designer vaginas and those that do put themselves at risk of it going wrong and ruining their vagina.

 I have to agree with not my name on this one. I've also seen some pretty outragous porn videos where the girl had nipple implants that made them look freaky because they were pointy and stuck 3 inches out. Then I also saw another freak porn video where the man had penis implant extention, there was no way on earth it was really his because it was at least 3 ft long, the guy couldn't stick it in all the way. So 9 out of ten times the porn you see is fake all plastic ladys with there fake boobs, fake vaginas, there nipple implants and there hair extentions. The guys with there cosmetic surgury and penis extentions and on set make up crew. You should watch the making of porn and see how they make it. This shows all the camera guys the director that is standing right there tell her where to put her hand on the guy and for the the guy when to stop and go. It's quite interesting. So just be glad you dont look like a barbie doll if any of those girls turn the heat up to high they might melt.

Hey. No, I would not turn down a girl because one vaginal lip is slightly pretruding their vagina. That's nonsense. Like the person said above me, the Porn Stars are pretty much all fake. Fake boobs, fake lips etc. I even watch Porn, don't you think that I don't want a 9 inch penis? In reality I know my 5.5 inch penis is an average size and guys who worry over their size watch too much porn because a 9 inch penis is NOT normal. That's a freakish size.

ummm , I have seen chicks on porn who have inner labia sticking out from the outer labia. Just a natural variance. Given that, some don't, ...and some have probably had cosmetic alterations too, ... lots have had boob jobs.
I don't object to porn in itself, ..but I do object to the body image issue it tends to give women who are not built like barbie, and men who are not hung like donkeys.It totally gives the wrong idea of the human body!
Remember we are looking at what 2-3% of the population is actually like, ... most people are far more avg, have partners far more avg, ..and think nothing of it.

They have all had thier boobs done and lips and all that crap ! sure guys like to watch porn and see the perfect girl but the reality is most women are not like that and they know this and don't mind.
