I biggest problem men have is that they are to aggressive. A vulva needs to be slowly brought to speed. The sensitivity of the area is dependant on blood flow and usually is not ready for aggressive stimulation immediately. That is where the kissing comes in. Inner thighs and around the mound are a safe first approach. This should continue until her clitoris signals that it is ready to play by slipping out from under the hood.
