The best celebrity example would be the thai singer Palmy. I'm not saying to behave like her, but to be naturally feminine. Contrast her with most of the singers on MTV, and models in magazines and on tv. Natural vs contrived.
Don't follow the examples in advertising, music videos, or tv programmes, except for the likes of Palmy :) They're all so fake.
Men do like the contrived look because it looks sexual. If you want guys wanting sex from you right away, dress like a slut. But It's not right to advertise sex upfront. Sex is what happens in private when a relationship has already been established. You aren't even prepared for sex to happen right where you are when you're going about your everyday life. Look beautiful, not overtly sexual.
In everyday life for a relationship, a natural girl wins. She's like sweet music when she's around :p. A contrived girl feels dull and lifeless, or not very pleasant.
An interesting resource for becoming a natural girl (free from media conditioning) is Gina Cloud.
There's also the aspect of being as though you would make a good mother, vs being just a kid yourself. Not sure how to get that. Ultimately you can't fake it. Maybe it comes from developing as a natural girl.

She doesn't need to constantly be flattered but sometimes she lets her insecurities out and needs to be comforted. She doesn't mind being teased and she likes to tease back. She knows what she wants in life and has clear goals she is trying to accomplish. She is self-driven in her pursuit of these goals but she's not afraid to ask for help. She gets angry when she is wronged and speaks up. She has expectations for her boyfriend/spouse and if they're not being met she makes it known. She is straight-forward and doesn't hold things in. She doesn't try to control her BF/husband and gives him his space when he needs it. She knows she's good enough that he'll come running to her when he's been away for a while. She takes pride in her appearance and does her best to look her best. She never puts herself down. When she's afraid, she doesn't say so but she reaches out for contact. I could tell you her name, but they'd just edit it out ;)

what makes a perfect man?
i mean i would go for a man with a good sense of humour and nice eyes..but you might go for something completley diffrent..
its the same with men..
you might meet someone who likes big breasts and then another who likes a nice smile or even a nice personality.
it all acords on the person in question.
just be yourself and your sure to find mr wright xx
