 Yes, men can last that long. But they can also blow their load within minutes. Porn isn't usually shot in one take, sometimes it's 5 or more times with blowjobs in between to keep the man hard. And the finish isn't always truly at the end. Maybe he came earlier in the day, but they edited in to look like it was at the end of an hour long session.
And yes, men do get tired sometimes from longer sex sessions as do women. I don't like to have sex for hours at a time myself so if I had a guy who did, I would prefer to take care of myself more often unless he was willing to keep the time down.
To your last question, yes. Some women do need some extra time to achieve an orgasm. But, what you need to know is that women are different from each other. There are some women that can only have an orgasm through clitoral stimulation, while others can only have one through vaginal stimulation. There are women who need both in order to get off, and some who need a certain position, and others still who can do anything sexually and have an orgasm.

no it's not true to life. the long sex session in a porn film is the result of editing and streaming together bits of film. in reality the actors will be stopping and starting but when all the pieces of footage are put together it looks like one long continual ****.
don't let porn give you silly ideas of what real sex will be like, or else you may end up very dissapointed!

 This is going to conflict with what other women have told you. But I can only tell you my personal experiences.
Porn is not very realistic, BUT.
Yes men can last more than half an hour, some guys can go for 4 HOURS.
Most women want an hour of cuddling, sex, foreplay. All of it mashed up. Me personally though, an hour of just plain intercourse is preferred.
Also yes, technically it is illegal for you be watching porn. But nobody really cares. Hell, most kids your age are watching it. And it's not that big of a deal, As long as you learn the different between porn and real sex.

Porn is made up not just in time but in size and everything else too. Real sex is usually very different from porn.
About the intercourse duration it's something that varies from man to man. Some guys can last for ever and cum whenever they want to. Other men just can do it a limited time. I think the average is somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes, for those who can't control it as desired. But it varies with the sexual experience and age too. And the time since you have done it before.
There is another thing you have to take into account. Most women will feel comfortable with the average duration. Even when most of the time that's not enough for an orgasm. The whole sex act is not only about intercourse.

 I agree with Annalisa ,you are waaay too young to watch porn. Also because you risk learning it all wrong- in porn they have to do things in a way that's very scenic, and eyecatching, but that's not what works in real life for most women !
Half an hour ,yes, it's not the norm but not unheard of, it does not sound so incredibly long to me. And for all I know, no, people do not get hurt and they do not need medical assistence after :). But if you should last less don't worry , I have just read the results of a study which says the average time of intercourse , from penetration to ejaculation is 7 to 9 minutes.
Of course you can try different positions in one go. If you want ! It's neither forbidden nor mandatory. Some people like variety, and some people find changing positions sort of distracting. There's no script. You can improvise according to mood, circumstances, and individual preferences.
Lastly, again agreeing with Annalisa, I think that the women who say they need at least an hour,mean not one hour of penetration, but in general, including foreplay and cuddling .
Again- wait till you are of legal age, and have fun learning on your own with a real life partner. Learning sex from porn is like learning to play piano from a bad teacher-
you get postural and rythmic "faults" that then you have m trouble getting rid of...

Truth = Porn is fake, it is all made up. It is designed to give you false advertisement.
Some couples enjoy long periods of sex of hours where as sex may last as long as 10 minutes for some. What you ask is true but IT DEPENDS ON THE WOMAN AND GUY INVOLVED. Everyone is different.
Don't wrap your mind around it too much. Just enjoy the chances you get when your turn comes.
