 Hello.
The size of penis isn't actually important in sex - penis size is only given a ridiculous level of importantance in culture.
Merchant has got an excellent answer. You should be aiming for ther bundle of nerves 2-3inches inside her - the G-spot. This is a lot easily stimulated by a guy with a 4inch penis than a guy with a 6inch penis as he will tend to have the tip of his penis going past it.
Masterbating is another issue - and there is debate about what are the good/bad points of it. It has been suggested that masturbating can serve as a work out for your penis. It can help with stress. In the most recent issu of MensHealth Magazine May 2007 (UK) they suggets masturbating as much as posible in a day then waiting 3-4 days then have sex to increase you sperm count considerably to increase the chances of having a baby.
I do not recommend pills or surgery. Ultimatle the best way to enhance you performence (not necessaritly size) is though cardio-vascular exercise. In short, the better blood/oxygen flow around you body, the more should be available to your penis. You penis needs a supply of blood/and oxygen to become erect.
