the problem is that he wants to meet up tomorrow but my mum isn't keen on the idea. i asked my friend if i could stay at her's so i could go out and meet him but she said no and i dont't know what to do cause i really want to go out tomorrow.

it isn't that much of a big deal its only a few years however does this guy know what age you are? Just watch incase your looks are deceiving you, because if you come to terms with the age gap (however small it is) he may think you are actually older than you really are.

None of us are as old as we actually look. It is the child within us that counts so trust, companionship and being content in each other's presence means much more than any age gap even if it is 40 years.

I started to see a girl about a month ago, when we met she was 17, i was 26, and it's absolutely awesome for both of us, she lives overseas, so we went to different cities meeting every two weeks. It feels great, age doesn't matter, we're similar personalities and it's just an amazing feeling being together

AAargh!!
My partner Helen is 60 and I am 53.
We have the most beautiful relationship that any body could ask for!
Age is of no importance, what is important are your feelings for each other, maybe your relationship will last and maybe it won't but you should take each day as it comes and make the most of it!
Go have a drink with him, he has a couple of years experience on you and YOU are the one that will benefit!

19 years between me and my fella, ask yourself this...is 9 years that much compared to 19?
Just be mature about things and don't rush into anything, going out for a drink is harmless, just make sure you look out for yourself xx
